Whatever your opinion is on using these glitches/bugs/exploits to your advantage and whether or not it is cheating that's a different topic. One of the side-effects is that they also remove some of the more useful glitches. Their accomplishment is known as the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch [and it fixes too much to list here in the game. One team of modders have set out to fix Skyrim (Special Edition) as best as they could using the Creation Kit and a tool called 圎dit/SSEDIT. I assume you have already explored a little bit of Skyrim by now and you might have noticed that sometimes weird things happen during your gameplay, such as the occasional hilarious glitches or more game-breaking bugs. My name is Atoombom007 and your fellow explorer of Skyrim. esp where all its items were unenchanted? What happened to it? I can't find it for Skyrim SE.It's wonderful to see a brave adventurer like yourself here! On a side note: didn't Bandoliers use to have an alternate.

and the equipable books added by the Bandoliers mod).

The reason why I want do this manually instead of downloading a mod for it is because there are no mods that cover the entire range of items added by mods in my list, and there are even some mods that end up restricting items added by mods even more according to some people (see: S.I.R.R. I know formlists with keywords are involved when it comes to enchanting, and that some items have a "Disallow Enchanting" setting applied, but I don't know how to change either of these across an entire range of items. So I have access to SSEdit and the Creation Kit, but my understanding of both is very basic. Unless I'm trying to put a weapon enchantment on something that isn't a weapon, or if I'd try to put an armor/clothing enchantment on a weapon as far as I know, that's an ~Engine Limitation~ but I can live with that. Screw you Todd, you have no business telling me that I shouldn't put "fortify Heavy Armor" on mage circlets, hoods, robes and gloves. If it's an equipable item and isn't already enchanted, I don't want the game telling me I can't put a specific enchantment on it. Some context: What I want to do is to have the maximum amount of freedom in terms of enchanting.
